Our verdict
Simplus Cold Press Juicer (75/100, ₱3,073) is our top pick for a slow juicer, and Imarflex IJE-5000 (67/100, ₱2,898) is the pick if you want a fast centrifugal one. Simplus states the most about itself, but its “138 Nm” torque claim is not possible for a 200 W motor, so we treat the marketing with care. For oranges and lemons only, Imarflex IJ-95 (59/100, ₱1,098) is the cheapest.
None of the six listings states how much juice you get. We skipped portable USB juicer cups and blender hybrids, and listings that contradict themselves on power or type. This is general information, not medical advice.
We searched the Shopee offer list and Shopee search for electric juicers on October 18, 2026, and kept six from official brand stores. No FDA registration applies to a household juicer, so we scored brand, store, warranty and how clearly and consistently each listing describes the machine.
0 of 6
of the juicer listings we scored state how much juice you get from a given weight of fruit. The listings give power, speed and chute size, and the nearest thing to a yield claim is “99.8% juice purity” (Simplus), which is not defined. Counted from the six listings we read on October 18, 2026.

Slow or centrifugal, and what the juice does for you
These points come from published sources found for this guide, not from the listings, and they are general information. We did not test any juicer, and we have not read the studies in full.
- Slow juicers press fruit with a screw at low speed; centrifugal juicers spin a blade at high speed. Slow juicers are usually quieter and more expensive; centrifugal ones are faster and cheaper. That is how the six listings in this guide divide.
- Yield. A grape-juice study of household juicers was summarised as reporting about 79% yield from a low-speed masticating juicer against about 45% from a high-speed centrifugal one. A broccoli comparison was much closer. These are small studies with specific machines, so do not expect the same numbers at home.
- Nutrition. A comparison of cold-pressed and centrifugal juices found no significant difference in vitamin C, total phenolics, total carotenoids or antioxidant capacity. Grape studies favoured slow juicers, so the evidence is mixed, and none of it shows a health benefit from one type over another.
- Juice is not the same as eating fruit. The NHS says a 150 ml glass of fruit or vegetable juice or smoothie counts as one of your 5 A Day, but only one serving a day counts, because juicing releases sugars that can damage teeth, so it is best with a meal. If you have diabetes or a sugar target, ask a doctor or dietitian.
- So buy a juicer for how you will use it: for ease of cleaning, noise and chute size, not for a health benefit that no listing here proves.
What the claims on these listings actually mean
| Claim | What it covers | Key exclusion |
|---|---|---|
| “138 Nm high torque” (Simplus) | A claimed twisting force from the motor. | A 200 W motor at 50 rpm can give at most about 38 N·m (200 ÷ 5.24 rad/s), so 138 N·m is about 3.6 times that. The unit may be a slip. |
| “99.8% juice purity” (Simplus) | A marketing figure. | Not defined; it is not a yield or a nutrient figure. |
| “Cold press” | A label used for slow juicers in the listing titles. | The studies we found compare cold-pressed and centrifugal juice and report no significant difference in several nutrients. |
| “Quieter” or “less likely to clog” (BioloMix) | A comparison with unnamed machines. | No decibel level or clog test on the listing. |
| “BPA free”, “Tritan” or “food-grade” | The material the parts are made of, as stated. | No test report on the listing. |
| “Dishwasher safe” (Simplus) | The seller says the filter can go in the dishwasher. | Check the manual for which parts. |
| “1 year warranty” | Cover as stated by the seller. | Simplus is free replacement and needs registration; Philips shows “24 months” and “No Warranty” together. |
Juicer listings we would be careful with
| Product | What we found | Our check |
|---|---|---|
| Hanabishi HCJ50SS Citrus Juicer (₱2,595, Houseware Express) | Houseware Express is a Shopee-verified shop (since November 2020, 129,733 followers). The attributes give 1000 W while the description says “100w”, and show “SIRIM Certified: Yes” (a Malaysian mark that does not apply here), so we could not tell the power. Hanabishi HSJ-1500 slow juicers (₱4,999 to ₱6,549) are sold by shops we did not identify. | Not scored |
| Kyowa KW4210 Juice Extractor (₱2,160, Houseware Express) | The attributes say “Citrus Juicer” and 1 L, while the description says a stainless-steel blade and filter basket, 400 W and a 600 mL container, which describes a centrifugal extractor. | Not scored |
| Dowell JE-821 Electric Juice Extractor (₱1,998, 4,000 sold) | Dowell Appliances is an official store (since January 2018, 119,672 followers). The listing says 1.5 L but the attributes say 2 L, describes a citrus juicer and a “commercial blender” at once, and gives 350 W. | Not scored: type unclear |
| “Philips” juicers from small shops (₱1,499 to ₱15,698) | Dozens of listings with Philips model numbers or “Heavy Duty Original 2L” titles, from shops with 0 to 1,000 sales, at prices from one fifth to twice the official ₱7,799 for the HR1832. | Not scored; buy from the official store |
| Unbranded “Cold Press Juicer 200W 65RPM” listings (₱1,209 to ₱2,229) | Many shops sell the same title and specifications, with about 11 to 415 sold each, and no brand name. | Not scored |
| MIUI, Tough Mama, JML, ROUNY slow juicers (₱2,599 to ₱7,999) | Mostly small shops (for example MIUI Philippines Shop, since March 2022, 7,087 followers), with few ratings. We did not read these listings. | Not scored |
| Blender-juicer hybrids and portable USB juicer cups (₱165 to ₱1,599; some 70,000 sold) | These are blenders, not juice extractors, and several carry “10 years warranty” in the title. | Outside this guide |
| Spare parts and accessories (Hurom screws, pushers, brushes) | Parts, not juicers. | Outside this guide |
Our picks

75/100
Slow juicer
113 mm chute
200 W
About ₱3,073
| FDA status | No registry check applies to a household juicer. |
| Type and specifications stated | Slow (masticating) juicer, 200 W, 50 to 80 rpm, 113 mm feed chute, 1.2 L feed chamber, 250 mL juice collector, 2.1 kg, reverse function, dishwasher-safe filter, cleaning brush. |
| Claims | “138 Nm high torque”; “99.8% juice purity”; “pure copper motor”; “food-grade materials”. |
| Inconsistencies | A 200 W motor at 50 rpm can deliver at most about 38 N·m (200 ÷ 5.24 rad/s), so “138 Nm” is about 3.6 times the physical limit; the unit may be a slip. “Juice purity” is not defined. The warranty is replacement only and needs a membership registration. |
| Seller | Simplus Official Shop, on Shopee since 10 January 2022, 914,026 followers, shop rating 4.90. This listing: 4.9 stars from 1,150 ratings, 4,000 sold. |
| Price | ₱3,073, or ₱3,073 per year of stated warranty (12 months), checked October 18, 2026. |
It ranks first because it states the most about itself: motor power, speed range, a 113 mm chute that takes whole fruit, the capacity of the chamber and the jug, safety cut-outs and a 12-month warranty, from the brand’s official store.
The “138 Nm” torque claim cannot be right in newton-metres for a 200 W motor, and “99.8% juice purity” is not explained, so read those as marketing. The warranty is a free replacement, not a repair, and needs you to register as a member.
Why it scored well
- Most complete specification of the six
- 113 mm chute for whole fruit; reverse function
- Official store, 12-month warranty
Watch-outs
- Torque claim is not physically possible as stated
- “99.8% juice purity” is undefined
- Replacement-only warranty; membership needed

71/100
Slow juicer
Made in Korea
45 mm hopper
About ₱33,000
| FDA status | No registry check applies to a household juicer. |
| Type and specifications stated | Slow juicer, 150 W, 90 rpm, 550 mL chamber, 45 mm hopper, 6.7 kg, ABS body, Tritan chamber, Ultem screw, up to 30 minutes of continuous use, 12-month warranty, made in Korea. |
| Claims | “Easy clean”; recipe book included. |
| Inconsistencies | The description lists colours Sky Blue/White, Beige/White and Pink/White while the variants are Titanium Gray, Warm White and Matte Black. |
| Seller | Hurom Philippines (brand shop, no official-store flag), on Shopee since 3 February 2021, 1,639 followers, shop rating 4.90. This listing: 4.9 stars from 81 ratings, 352 sold. |
| Price | ₱33,000, or ₱33,000 per year of stated warranty (12 months), checked October 18, 2026. |
It makes few claims and gives plain numbers: speed, chamber size, materials, a 30-minute continuous limit and what is in the box. It is a known Korean slow-juicer brand sold by its Philippine shop.
It costs about ten times the other slow juicers, the hopper is only 45 mm so fruit must be cut, and the shop has few ratings. We cannot say it gives better juice.
Why it scored well
- States speed, materials and a continuous-use limit
- Few marketing claims
- Made in Korea; 12-month warranty
Watch-outs
- About ten times the price of the other slow juicers
- Small 45 mm hopper
- Colour list does not match the variants

67/100
Centrifugal
400 W
2 speeds
About ₱2,898
| FDA status | No registry check applies to a household juicer. |
| Type and specifications stated | Juice extractor, 400 W, 450 cc, 2 speeds, stainless-steel filter basket and blade, large chute, safety lock; box has a food pusher, juice container, manual and warranty card. |
| Claims | None beyond the feature list. |
| Inconsistencies | None found. No warranty period, chute size, pulp container or noise figure is stated. |
| Seller | Imarflex (official), on Shopee since 27 September 2017, 132,074 followers, shop rating 4.86. This listing: 4.8 stars from 565 ratings, 1,000 sold. |
| Price | ₱2,898; no warranty period is stated, checked October 18, 2026. |
It is the best of the centrifugal models here: a 400 W motor, two speeds and a safety lock from a long-standing brand store, with no inflated claims.
The listing is short. It does not say how long the warranty lasts, how wide the chute is, or whether there is a pulp container. Centrifugal juicers are quick but are not the kind that lists a “slow” speed.
Why it scored well
- No inflated claims; clear feature list
- Official brand store since 2017
- 565 ratings, 1,000 sold
Watch-outs
- No warranty period stated
- No chute size or pulp container mentioned
- Short listing

63/100
Slow juicer
78 mm chute
200 W DC motor
About ₱3,594
| FDA status | No registry check applies to a household juicer. |
| Type and specifications stated | Slow masticating juicer, 200 W DC motor, 40 to 65 rpm, 78 mm feed chute, Tritan material, 220 V. |
| Claims | “Quieter operation”; “less likely to clog”; “faster juicing”. |
| Inconsistencies | No warranty period or capacity is stated, and the listing says the warranty is invalid for commercial use. The voltage is given as 220 V. |
| Seller | Biolomix Local Store (official), on Shopee since 7 April 2021, 18,445 followers, shop rating 4.86. This listing: 4.8 stars from 672 ratings, 2,000 sold. |
| Price | ₱3,594; no warranty period is stated, checked October 18, 2026. |
It is a similar machine to the Simplus (200 W, slow speed, wide chute) sold by the brand’s official store with 672 ratings.
It costs more than the Simplus and tells you less: no warranty length, no capacity and a smaller 78 mm chute. The quiet and anti-clog claims have no figures.
Why it scored well
- Slow speed range and chute size stated
- Official store
- Tritan parts
Watch-outs
- No warranty period or capacity stated
- Costs more than the Simplus
- Noise and clogging claims are not measured

59/100
Citrus reamer
30 W
2 cones
About ₱1,098
| FDA status | No registry check applies to a household juicer. |
| Type and specifications stated | Citrus juicer, 1.4 L, 30 W, 230 V 60 Hz, two cone reamers, BPA-free jar, two rotation directions, safety lock, 12-month supplier warranty (attribute). |
| Claims | “BPA free jar”; “compact storage”. |
| Inconsistencies | The attributes say “Portable Blender” and “Nutrition Extraction” for a citrus reamer. |
| Seller | Imarflex (official), on Shopee since 27 September 2017, 132,074 followers, shop rating 4.86. This listing: 5.0 stars from 14 ratings, 61 sold. |
| Price | ₱1,098, or ₱1,098 per year of stated warranty (12 months), checked October 18, 2026. |
This is the pick for citrus only: a simple reamer with two cones, a 12-month warranty and the lowest price of the six. It cannot juice carrots, apples or leafy greens.
The listing is 123 characters long, the attributes mislabel it as a portable blender, and it has only 14 ratings.
Why it scored well
- Lowest price, 12-month warranty
- Two cones for small and large citrus
- Official brand store
Watch-outs
- Citrus only
- Attributes mislabel it as a portable blender
- Only 14 ratings

55/100
Centrifugal
500 W
Official Philips store
About ₱7,799
| FDA status | No registry check applies to a household juicer. |
| Type and specifications stated | The title gives the model (HR1832/00) and 500 W. The description is blank. |
| Claims | None. |
| Inconsistencies | The warranty attributes read “24 months” and “No Warranty”. There is no capacity, chute size or speed information. |
| Seller | Philips Home Appliances (official), on Shopee since 13 August 2020, 406,891 followers, shop rating 4.90. This listing: 5.0 stars from 47 ratings, 176 sold. |
| Price | ₱7,799; the warranty is unclear, checked October 18, 2026. |
It is sold by the official Philips store, which makes it the safest place to buy a Philips juicer on Shopee. There are many other “Philips” juicer listings at ₱1,499 to ₱15,698 from small shops, mostly with no sales.
The listing itself says almost nothing: the description is blank and the warranty fields contradict each other. Ask the store what warranty you get before you buy.
Why it scored well
- Official Philips store, 406,891 followers
- No exaggerated claims
- Brand with a long record in kitchen appliances
Watch-outs
- Blank description; no capacity or chute size
- Warranty fields say 24 months and “No Warranty”
- Highest price of the centrifugal models
How to choose and use a juicer
- Decide on the type first: slow for quiet and leafy greens, centrifugal for speed and low price, a citrus reamer for oranges and lemons only.
- Check the feed chute. A 113 mm chute takes whole fruit; a 45 mm hopper needs cutting.
- Look for a stated warranty and who gives it. Official brand stores state it more often.
- Read the specifications for contradictions such as power, capacity or type. The same machine should not be a “citrus juicer” and a “commercial blender”.
- Buy the model sold by the brand’s own store. Many “Philips” listings are from small shops.
- Wash the parts right after juicing. Fruit pulp dries hard. Follow the manual on which parts are dishwasher safe.
- Keep juice to a small glass with a meal, as the NHS advises. This is general advice.
How we researched this guide
We searched the Shopee affiliate offer list and Shopee search for electric juicers, slow juicers, juice extractors and citrus juicers on October 18, 2026, widened the search by brand name (Hanabishi, Hurom, Philips, Imarflex, Kyowa, Simplus and others), checked each shop’s identity and joining date, and read the listing text of each finalist. No FDA registration applies to a household juicer, and we say so. We scored them with our published rubric: provenance (25), disclosure (20), claims (20), consistency (10), seller record (15) and value (10), judging brand, store and warranty evidence. We did not use or test any product, and we cannot say how much juice any machine gives.
The studies and the NHS page in this guide were summarised from search results and not read in full. Scores are modest because most listings say little, so the best score is 75. This guide has not yet been reviewed by our health content reviewer, and we have not checked the Shopee affiliate programme’s rules for this category.
Frequently asked questions
Which is better, a slow juicer or a centrifugal juicer?
Slow juicers are usually quieter and gave higher yields in grape studies; centrifugal ones are faster and cheaper. One comparison found no significant nutrient difference. Choose on noise, price and chute size.
Does a slow juicer keep more nutrients?
The evidence is mixed. A comparison of cold-pressed and centrifugal juices found no significant difference in vitamin C, phenolics, carotenoids or antioxidant capacity, while some grape studies favoured slow juicers.
Is juice as healthy as eating the fruit?
The NHS counts a 150 ml glass as one portion a day at most, because juicing releases sugars that can damage teeth. Whole fruit is different. Ask a doctor or dietitian if you have diabetes.
Is "138 Nm" torque real?
Not for a 200 W motor. At 50 rpm, a 200 W motor can give at most about 38 N·m, so the figure is likely a unit slip. We computed this from the listing's own power and speed.
Why are Hanabishi and Dowell not ranked?
The Hanabishi citrus listing gives 1000 W and "100w" at once, and the Dowell listing calls the same machine a citrus juicer and a commercial blender. We could not tell what the products are.
Why is the Hurom so expensive?
It is a premium Korean slow juicer. Its listing gives plain specifications, but we cannot say it gives better juice. Its price is about ten times that of the Simplus.
What does "price per year of warranty" mean?
The listing price divided by the stated warranty in years. Listings that state no warranty period show "not stated".
Can I juice leafy greens in a centrifugal juicer?
The listings do not say. Slow juicers are usually recommended for leafy greens, but we did not test this.
Is it safe to buy a Philips juicer from a small shop?
We could not verify those listings. The official store listing exists and is ranked here, though it says little about the warranty.
How long can a slow juicer run?
The Hurom listing says up to 30 minutes of continuous use. Check the manual for yours.
Are the parts dishwasher safe?
The Simplus listing says its filter is dishwasher safe. Check the manual for each part of any juicer.
How much juice should I drink?
The NHS advice is 150 ml a day at most, with a meal. For personal advice ask your doctor or dietitian.
