The Daiso Halloween Sparkling Garland (81/100, ₱68 for 1.8 m) is our pick because it is the only known brand here, sold by its official shop with the material, length and quantity stated. The agar.shop Happy Halloween Banner (75, ₱29 for 3 m) is the best value, at about ₱9.67 per metre against about ₱37.78 for the garland.
The warning tape (66), spider web (64), bat stickers (63) and felt door decor (57) are unbranded, scored on seller record and what each listing states. We searched Shopee for Halloween decorations on October 20, 2026, through official shops and then all sellers sorted by sales, and kept six decoration types that do not overlap with our lights, party and loot-bag guides. Under the owner’s occasion-guide exception, unbranded items were scored on the seller’s record and what the listing states.

Decoration safety: what the US consumer safety agency says
These points come from the US Consumer Product Safety Commission’s Halloween safety tips (first published October 2022). It is US guidance used here as general information; we did not find or check a Philippine equivalent, and this is not medical advice.
- Use battery-operated lights and glow sticks instead of candles.
- If you use open flames, keep them away from curtains and other combustibles and never leave them unattended; paper banners, felt, plastic tape and fake webbing all belong in that group.
- Clear lawns, steps and porches of obstacles before trick-or-treaters arrive, and follow ladder safety when hanging or taking down decorations.
- In the CPSC’s figures, 25% of Halloween injuries in US emergency departments came from falls, including while hanging or removing decorations.
- Daiso’s listing for its miniature hanging decorations warns of a choking hazard and that it is not for children under 3; apply the same caution to any small parts.

Daiso is the only known brand among the decorations, sold from its own official shop, and its listing is the most exact: material, length and quantity. PET is a plastic film, so it will not tear like paper.
Few people have bought it yet (about 6), so the 5.00 rating rests on very few ratings, and the per-metre cost is about four times that of the paper banner. It is the pick for people who want a named brand.
