Our verdict

Body Treats Brightening Hydrogel Eye Patch (80/100, ₱16.50 per patch) is our pick: the full ingredient list, directions and warnings, an exact FDA notification and Watsons’ own store. COSRX (72) has the best-known brand record, Torriden (69) is cheaper per patch, and the Lanbena Global Store listing (66) costs only ₱4.52 per patch with 28,612 ratings, but the Lanbena listings tell you the least.

Eye patches are notified cosmetics, not approved products, and none of these listings is evidence that a patch changes dark circles, puffiness or wrinkles. We scored what each seller puts in writing and what the FDA register shows, and we did not use any patch. General information, not medical advice; stop using a patch that stings or irritates your skin.

We searched Shopee for Lanbena, Vitamin C and retinol eye patches and similar under-eye patches on October 26, 2026, read each finalist listing and shop record, and looked every brand up in the FDA Philippines portal. Only official-store and long-standing listings with a matching notification were ranked; unbranded and cross-border patches went into the “careful with” table.

₱4.52 to ₱17.80

Price per patch across the ranked listings, from our calculation: the Lanbena Global Store box (₱271 for 60 patches) is ₱4.52, Torriden ₱11.32, Body Treats ₱16.50 and COSRX ₱17.80. A “pair” is two patches, so check which unit a listing means.

What the FDA record means for eye patches

These points are from the FDA Philippines verification portal and are general information, not medical advice.

  • Eye patches are cosmetics. The FDA Philippines lists them as notified products with NN- numbers; a notification means the company told the FDA about the product, not that the FDA tested it or approved it.
  • We matched each listing’s brand and product name to the notification list. Body Treats, COSRX and Torriden match by exact name; the Lanbena Vitamin C patch and the Puff and Bloom mask match at variant or product level.
  • Lanbena Philippines Inc. has notified Vitamin C, Retinol, Peptides, Aloe Vera and Hyaluronate hydra-gel eye patches. We found no notification for a combined “Vitamin C + Retinol” patch, and the Retinol one runs only to 6 November 2026.
  • We found advisories naming other products of three brands: Lanbena (a cream, a teeth-whitening essence, a lip polish, 2021 to 2022), COSRX (a lip product and an acne patch, 2023) and Body Treats (an oil control film, 2023). None names the eye patches ranked here.
  • The Lanbena Local Store listing prints an “FDA Certification Number: NOT210905660K” in its description. That is not a Philippine FDA number format, and we could not match it.

What the claims on these listings actually mean

ClaimWhat it coversWhat the listing does not say
“Lighten eye skin, fade dark eye circle” (Lanbena Vitamin C)The maker’s effect claim for the patchNo ingredient list, no amounts and no study
“Anti-wrinkle, fade fine lines and increase the elasticity” (Lanbena Retinol)A cosmetic effect claimNo retinol amount or test; the notification runs to 6 November 2026
“Reduces puffiness and diminishes dark circles” (COSRX)The brand’s benefit listNot hedged and with no study named
“Clinically tested (dermatologist tested for sensitive skin)” (Torriden)A testing claimNo report, no number of people, no result
“Help reduce the appearance of dark circles” (Body Treats)A hedged appearance claimNo source; “rejuvenates” is stated without one
“Boosts skin cell regeneration … visibly diminishes the appearance of wrinkles” (Puff and Bloom)A firming and anti-wrinkle claimNo source; the title’s “retinol” is not in the description

Eye patch listings we would be careful with

ProductWhat we foundOur check
Biodance Collagen Peptide & Caviar PDRN Eye Patch (official store, ₱1,090) and Arencia Vitamin C Booster / Retinal Boosting Hydrogel Eye Patch (official store, ₱665 to ₱1,600)Brand stores, but we found no eye patch notification for either brand: Biodance returned 12 records and none is an eye patch; Arencia’s only eye-area record is a face and eye moisturizer. Not scored: no matching notification found
Abib Collagen and PDRN Retinal eye patches (BeautyLuv.ph, ₱720)Abib has notified an eye patch (for example NN-1000016457112, valid to 3 August 2028), but this seller is a small shop that joined Shopee in February 2024, not Abib’s own store. Not scored: seller is not the brand
Unbranded or cheap eye patches (Sunisa aloe vera ₱77; “24K Gold 60pcs” ₱79; “60PCS BOX” ₱76; Crystal Collagen ₱12 to ₱19)Low prices and many sales, but no registered brand name to look up, and descriptions that promise “FDA approved” or “eyebag remover”.Not scored: no registry match
Other shops selling Lanbena (₱219 to ₱279; 38 to 833 sold)Resellers of a brand that has its own two official stores, with far fewer sales. Not scored: buy from the Lanbena official stores
Eyelash extension hydrogel pads and lutein steam eye masksA different product: pads for lash extensions, and warming sleep or steam masks. Not ranked: different category
Listings reviewed on October 26, 2026. The FDA portal returns only the first matches for a name, so a missing entry is not proof that none exists.

How to choose an eye patch from these listings

This guide compares under-eye patches. For serums and creams, see our anti-aging serum and cream guide.

  • Want the most information: Body Treats gives the full ingredient list, directions and warnings, in a small pack.
  • Want the best-known brand record: COSRX, with 3,642 ratings on one listing, at the highest price per patch.
  • Want a mid-priced hydration patch: Torriden at ₱11.32 per patch.
  • Want Lanbena: use the Global Store listing for the Vitamin C patch (₱4.52 per patch), pick the variant carefully and check its notification date.
  • Compare per patch, not per pack, and check whether a “pair” means two patches.

General advice, not from the sources above: do a patch test on a small area first, do not use patches on irritated or broken skin, and stop if your skin stings or turns red. Retinol products can irritate sensitive eye-area skin.

The FDA notifies cosmetics; it does not approve them. The one Body Treats advisory we found (2023) is for a different product.
Specifications statedHydrogel eye patch with Q10 and licorice extract; full ingredient list (aqua, glycerin, propylene glycol, paraffinum liquidum, dimethicone, carrageenan, cetearyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, tocopheryl acetate, licorice root extract, ubiquinone and others); apply under the eyes for 20 minutes after cleansing, remove and massage in the essence

SellerWatsons Official Store (Shopee official store since September 2018, 7,212,381 followers, 4.90 shop rating, 100% response). Listing 4.91 from 542 ratings.
Price₱99 for 3 pairs on 26 October 2026, ₱16.50 per patch (₱33 per pair)

The most complete eye patch listing we read: the full ingredient list, how long to wear it, what to do afterwards and when not to use it, from Watsons’ own store, with a notification that matches the product name exactly.

The claims are the hedged kind (“help reduce the appearance”), but “rejuvenates” and “re-energizes” have no source. It is a small 3-pair pack, so the price per patch is higher than the 30-pair Lanbena box.

Why it scored well

  • Full ingredient list, directions and warnings
  • Exact FDA notification match, valid to Mar 2028
  • Watsons official store, 7.2M followers

Watch-outs

Price₱1,068 for 60 patches on 26 October 2026, ₱17.80 per patch (₱35.60 per pair)

A well-known brand’s own store, an exact FDA notification (three records, valid to 2027 and 2028), more than 3,600 ratings and a clear how-to. The listing does a good job of saying who it is for.

The benefit list is not hedged: “reduces puffiness” and “diminishes dark circles” are stated as results, with no study named. It is also the priciest per patch of the six at ₱17.80.

Why it scored well

  • Exact notification match, three valid records
  • 3,642 ratings at 4.93, 10,000 sold

Price₱679 for 60 patches on 26 October 2026, ₱11.32 per patch (₱22.63 per pair)

A brand-store listing with two valid exact-name notifications, a clear statement of who it is for (dry, puffy, dull under-eyes) and a lower price per patch than COSRX. The claims are mostly about the look of the skin (“the look of morning puffiness”).

“Clinically tested” has no report. The text we read gives neither a full ingredient list nor directions, and 367 ratings is a smaller record than COSRX’s.

Why it scored well

  • Two valid exact-name notifications (2028)
  • States who it is for
  • ₱11.32 per patch

Watch-outs

  • “Clinically tested” with no report
  • No ingredient list or directions in the text we read

Price₱271 for 60 pcs on 26 October 2026, ₱4.52 per patch (₱9.03 per pair)

The one to look at if you want Lanbena: the brand’s own global store, the biggest buyer record in this guide and by far the lowest price per patch. Lanbena Philippines Inc. has notified the Vitamin C eye patch by name, valid to October 2027.

The listing says little beyond the effects: no ingredient list, directions or warnings, and one page sells six different products as variants. Pick the variant you want and check its own notification: the Retinol one runs only to 6 November 2026.

Why it scored well

  • Lowest price per patch (₱4.52)
  • 28,612 ratings and 80,000 sold from an official store

SellerPink Witch (regular shop on Shopee since August 2015, 181,600 followers, 86% response, 4.88 shop rating). Listing 4.86 from 3,397 ratings; search shows 10,000 sold.
Price₱205 for a 90 g pack on 26 October 2026; the patch count is not given

A locally made option with a Philippine notification for an “Eye De Puff Mask”, more than 3,300 ratings and a sensible storage note: the patches are meant to be kept in the fridge.

The listing’s title promises retinol that the description never mentions, there is no patch count, and the seller’s shop name (Pink Witch) is not the notified company’s (Puff and Bloom Online Store). The firming and wrinkle claims are unsourced.

Why it scored well

  • Philippine product with a matching notification (to Aug 2027)
  • 3,397 ratings, 10,000 sold
  • Storage and use note (keep chilled)

Watch-outs

  • Title says retinol, description lists none
  • No patch count, so no price per patch

Price₱69 for the “VC+Retinol” variant on 26 October 2026 (pair count not stated); ₱176 for 7 pairs of the Vitamin C patch, ₱12.57 per patch

The official local store of a brand with notified eye patches, and the product most people are looking for: a Vitamin C and Retinol patch. The price starts at ₱69.

The page itself says almost nothing: the description is the title again, the pair count of the combined variant is not given and no combined product is notified. The Retinol notification runs only to 6 November 2026. If you want Lanbena, the Global Store listing above tells you more.

Why it scored well

  • Official local store, 100% response
  • Entry price from ₱69
  • Brand has notified Vitamin C and Retinol eye patches

Watch-outs

  • Description is just the title
  • No combined Vitamin C + Retinol notification; retinol one ends Nov 2026
  • Pair count of the “VC+Retinol” variant not stated

How to choose and buy eye patches on Shopee

  • Buy from the brand’s official store: the six ranked listings are from Lanbena (two stores), COSRX, torriden.ph, Watsons and one long-standing shop.
  • Compare the price per patch (₱4.52 to ₱17.80 here), and note a pair is two patches.
  • Look up the product name on the FDA portal and check the validity date; Lanbena’s retinol patch runs only to 6 November 2026.
  • Prefer a listing with an ingredient list, directions and warnings over one that only lists effects.
  • Avoid unbranded patches, resellers of a brand that has its own store, and any listing that says “FDA approved” for a cosmetic.
  • Patch-test first and stop if your skin reacts.

How we researched this guide

We searched the Shopee affiliate offer list and Shopee search for Lanbena, Vitamin C eye patches, retinol eye patches, hydrogel eye patches and under-eye masks on October 26, 2026 and read each finalist listing and shop record through Shopee. We looked every brand up in the FDA Philippines verification portal: Lanbena returned 65 cosmetic notifications, COSRX 193 and Torriden 109, and Body Treats returned its eye patch records; we matched the listed product and checked validity dates and advisories. We scored them with our published rubric: provenance and registration (25), disclosure (20), claims (20), consistency (10), seller record (15) and value (10). We did not use or test any product.

This guide is general information, not medical advice. Eye patches are notified cosmetics, so we never say “FDA approved”. We matched names to the registry but could not verify any seller’s stock, expiry or packaging. This guide has not yet been reviewed by our health content reviewer, and we have not checked the Shopee affiliate programme’s rules for this category.

Frequently asked questions

Are Lanbena eye patches FDA notified in the Philippines?

Lanbena Philippines Inc. has notified Antioxidant Vitamin C (NN-1000016309396, valid to 12 October 2027), Rejuvenating Retinol (NN-1000014245957, valid to 6 November 2026), Peptides, Aloe Vera and Hyaluronate hydra-gel eye patches. We found no notification for a combined Vitamin C + Retinol patch.

Is there an FDA advisory against Lanbena?

Yes, for other products: Lanbena Hyaluronic Acid Cream (April 2022), Lanbena Teeth Whitening Essence (August 2021), Lanbena Brown Sugar Lip Polish (July 2021) and another multi-product notice (April 2022). We found none naming the eye patches.

Which eye patch is cheapest per patch?

The Lanbena Global Store box at ₱271 for 60 patches is ₱4.52 per patch on 26 October 2026. Torriden is ₱11.32, Body Treats ₱16.50 and COSRX ₱17.80.

Do these patches really remove dark circles?

We cannot say. The listings state effects, but none shows a study, and we did not use any patch. Claims are described, not endorsed.

Is a pair two patches?

Yes: one patch for each eye. COSRX and Torriden sell 60 patches (30 pairs), Lanbena 60 pcs (30 pairs) and Body Treats 3 pairs (6 patches).

Why does the Lanbena listing mention an FDA certification number?

The Lanbena Local Store description prints "NOT210905660K", which is not a Philippine FDA number format and which we could not match. Cosmetics are notified with NN- numbers.

Is Puff and Bloom a Philippine brand?

The listing says the origin is the Philippines and the FDA register has an "Eye De Puff Mask" from Puff and Bloom Online Store, but the listing is sold by a shop named Pink Witch.

Should I use retinol patches around the eyes?

Retinol can irritate sensitive skin; the Lanbena retinol patch has a notification that runs to 6 November 2026. Patch-test first and ask a dermatologist if unsure.

Did you test these patches?

No. We read the listings, checked the shops and the FDA portal, and scored what the sellers put in writing.
